Accomplishments
- All met to decide on bids, created 2 bid documents as a group
- Tim refactored bid documents and submitted them
- Dax and Rex met to do some directX programming (mostly out of interest)
- Got a primitive on screen moving around
- Chris got website/source code repository up

Short Term
- Learn more about DirectX and XMLRPC (Rex, Dax, Tim and Chris - due Jan 26)
- Get bid and start planning (Rex, Dax, Tim and Chris - due Jan 31)
Long Term
- Start Project Plan document (Rex, Dax, Tim and Chris - due Jan 31)
- Start SRS document (Rex, Dax, Tim and Chris - due Feb 6)
- Program game engine (Rex, Dax, Tim and Chris - due TBD)
